Refund & Return Policy

At Gani Electrical Work, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality electrical services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or returns may be considered.
1. Service-Based Business Policy
As we provide electrical repair, installation, wiring, maintenance, and AC service & repair services, most of our offerings are service-based and non-returnable in nature.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If a service was paid for but not delivered due to our inability to provide the service.
- If duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- If cancellation is requested before the technician arrives at the location.
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After successful completion of the service.
- If the issue arises due to pre-existing electrical faults not disclosed earlier.
- If a third party modifies or tampers with the electrical work after completion.
- If damage is caused due to improper usage or external factors beyond our control.
4. Material Returns (If Applicable)
If any electrical materials or parts are supplied separately:
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Installation or used materials are not eligible for return.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel service before technician dispatch without charges.
- Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur a visit or inspection fee.
